Software Engineer and technology enthusiast. I've been interested in computers ever since playing video games such as Q*bert and Frogger on Apple IIE and wondering how it all worked. I'm thrilled that I get to work with amazing tech every day.My passion for programming was discovered later in life after a long career in public service. The path I chose was to attend university to get my bachelors degree and complete this simultaneously with full-time work. Any remaining time was dedicated to further learning and teaching myself how to code. It's certainly been tough at times, however I always maintained focus on my goal of changing careers.Beyond my professional life, I enjoy reading, watching movies, video games, cooking, and hitting the gym. I am keen to broaden my network and meet people who share similar interests!
