• Maintain and manage a two-campus portfolio with nine mixed uses buildings. 1 million sqft campus. Manufacturing, Laboratory, R&D, Training, and office space. Responsible for entire site Utility (electricity, water, HVAC, compressed air, sewer, data and phone) and Facility (AV, buildings and grounds) • Mentor, coach and train a team of 10- 14 Maintenance Mechanics, CNC programmers and AV technicians• Energy Manager: Reduce site overall energy usage annually. Meet City of Boulder annual energy compliance through energy reductions and site improvements. Energy projects include LED upgrades, equipment recommissions, compressed air and water reduction studies.• Regulatory compliance: Involved in all manufactured product audits. Maintain all dept. SOP's and vendor training Zero findings from any external auditors. MCare, Mdsap• Develop plans for office seating, moves, department changes, re-layouts• Capital and Expense projects, new equipment installs, manufacturing line changes, lab equipment upgrades.• Coordinate and manage all outside services: janitorial, kitchen, landscaping, snow removal, fire protection
