On stage speaker for annual live performance delivering Road Safety content, reaching over 10,000 young adults per year. 2020 performance under Covid restrictions, gave the Surrey SDSA team (lead by Mark Taylor) the opportunity to work with James Evans and his team from Firstcar, where we produced a digital, online alternative. This allowed us to continue delivering this vital road safety message, and will hopefully return to the stage at Dorking halls in due course. Oddly, I found standing in front of the camera more daunting than a theatre full of students, but once again a great experience to be part of the Surrey SDSA family.

I personally created an electronic Excel-based process for operational crew monthly payroll claims.This replaced the old 207i paper-based process. I worked with Surrey County Council teams, to create automated process at county level. This involved work groups identifying departmental requirements and delivering solutions and prototypes to agreed deadlines.Full roll-out and training completed by myself to the service, and remote support to crews post going live with the form.
