As a Special Education Instructional Assistant at Frederick County Public Schools, I work with teachers to ensure the improvement and success of the students. I use my data analysis and communication skills to monitor and report on the students' progress, behavior, and needs. I also integrate technology into the classroom to enhance the learning experience and facilitate the students' engagement and participation.I have a strong interest in applying my knowledge and skills to education, where I can make a positive impact on the lives of the students and the community. I am hard working, determined, and adaptable, and I enjoy collaborating with others to achieve common goals. I am always eager to learn new things and take on new challenges.
