As a barman at the Blue Raddle, my responsibilities are primarily serving the public with food and drink, upkeep of ales and other beverages, and cleaning tasks. Polite and cheerful greeting and interacting with customers is an essential and fun part of the job. I am well versed in retail and trade laws including for the sale of alcohol.

Gained officer and leadership training over 2 academic years. Developing basic military skills in an infantry role; learning the values and standards of the British Army to MLDP level 1 standards. Leadership skills were put into practice in high pressure and physically demanding circumstances. Training occurred in several countries at varying times of year in order to gain experience in multiple climates.
