With over 10 years experience in the gas sector working for the industry leader British Gas, I have developed excellent customer service skills and pride myself with the ability to ensure customer satisfaction whilst attaining and excelling commercial results. Having initially developed these skills as a technical engineer, I am able to transfer these attributes to inspire and lead a team of 20 multi skilled gas engineers in my current role as Customer Delivery Manager. This entails managing a mixed skilled workforce. I have quickly progressed within my company, surpassing norm expectations with having taken on a management role at an early stage.I strive on exceeding business targets and am able to adapt my approach to suit each individual team member to ensure we deliver.
