The career path I've been working at for nearly 2 decades, has all lead up to this. From turning wrenches, launching missles, and fabricating wiring harnesses, to becoming a leader in a career field I've only ever dreamed about. The possibilities seem endless now, and I love what I do everyday. Since stepping into my current role, I've been able to continuously network with cross functional teams and in the process, create life long connections. Collaborating with a diverse group of leaders, engineers, and technicians all over the world has opened the flood gates to streamline innovation, highlight the strongest teams in the industry and create a work environment that people want to be a part of. I'm grateful to be a part of the Boeing SI&WS team here at Kennedy Space Center, in sunny Cocoa, FL.
