From finding the most cost effective way of building a home or small business network, or doing a bit of research for the best cost of a hard drive replacement. I find a lot of big business repair centers (big retail outlets for example) just look at the computer, says this is the problem, and give a price. I rarely see these places try to explain why the problem occurred, ways to prevent it, and help in making the issue not so costly to fix. I am very committed into the idea is if you explain and help in a more personal manner, novice computer users will have a better experience with computers, and not be so intimidated when something goes wrong requiring money to repair or not.
