In my current role at Commissum I have overall responsibility for all aspects of the service delivery and supporting functions within the business.Ultimately, my role is to ensure operational efficiency within the business, and enable and empower the teams to provide our customers with the highest possible quality of service.

In this role I had responsibility for managing all aspects of technical assurance service delivery Commissum. Responsibilities included strategic and thought leadership of the team, introducing improvements and efficiencies into delivery processes to ensure a high quality of service, and the management and development of all members of the delivery teams.

Responsible for all aspects of the delivery of Penetration Testing services at MTI.Involved in hands on delivery and the management of the testing team delivering thousands of days of testing and consultancy per year.
