After a successful career spanning nearly three decades in the software industry, I retired from UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) in January 2023. As General Manager of the EZCall Solutions Group, a startup product division acquired by UKG in 2015, my team and I grew the business from $500K to more than $10M in annual recurring revenue, also developing and managing teams and systems across sales, implementation, cloud operations, product development, and support, and overseeing the full P&L and budgeting for the division.My background as an engineer, engineering manager, and architect enabled me to bridge the gap between business and technology, and to communicate effectively with customers, partners, and stakeholders. I leveraged my skills in sales negotiation and technology to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that met the needs of the healthcare sector. I also stayed close to the technology and maintained a hands-on approach to product management and engineering. My mission was to empower my teams, facilitate collaboration, and drive strategic business planning. I am passionate about software, business development, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction.
