Managed at team of 4 direct reports and 10 outside sellers to lead a reverse in revenue declines in key digital revenue categories, growing digital display advertising 25% from 2012 to 2013 and improving the local sales team’s overall digital revenue performance 86% YTD in 2014 vs. 2013. Revived our daily deals brand by developing products like ‘Quick Bites Café’, a program that attracted restaurants by allowing them to restrict the number of vouchers sold on a weekly basis so they could manage their business without fear of being overrun by daily deals customers. As a result we grew the restaurant category's share of deal revenue from 12% to 53% in 6 months.
