Creating collection routes to service all of our clients in Colorado. Coordinating driver scheduling and truck availability.Ensuring that all routes get completed in as timely a manner as possible.

Responsible for the fabrication of custom collection container. This included producing containers that adhered to specified standards with minimal tolerances. Other responsibilities included ordering of parts and raw materials from our venders, and coordinating the pickup or delivery of these parts to our facility. I was also involved in outsourcing time-intensive parts to an outside fabrication company. This greatly increased our production efficiency and decreased production time.

Ensuring that the secure storage and vault area was opened for contractors working on an improvement project for that area. Other responsibilities included making sure that no unauthorized people came into this area.

Prepping all ingredients necessary for the days required sushi production. This included prep cooking certain ingredients and prepping fish. Duties also included making sushi to order as needed and managing the kitchen during dinner service.
