The sole desk side contact for 24/7 support of Windows XP and Windows 7 in a 200+ user environment covering two offices throughout the lower mainland.Oversaw many projects including a site wide Windows 7 upgrade using MDT and SCCM, a network refresh including new core and access layer switching, firewall upgrade, server upgrades as well as the deployment of a digital signage system.

Worked in a 24 hour environment monitoring systems with various monitoring tools that could detect everything from system failures to unexplained memory usage.Worked with the system administrators to fix urgent issues over the phone and created tickets for minor issues and logging purposes.

Setup and maintained the IT infrastructure for a new office with 120 users. This entailed computers and VoIP phones, file and mail servers, as well as routing and switching setup.My main role was the support of the secondary office. I reported to our Sr. IT administrator on any issues regarding our Paris or LA offices. I was also the primary source of information for networking related issue.Project work included a network and server upgrade project that included firewall upgrades, installation of a red hat server for the purposes of Rsync and SAN installs. In addition I lead a project to upgrade the majority of permanent staff PCs on time and on budget to meet the company standards for 2008.
