Developed a yearlong marketing campaign for a newly formed nonprofit organization.Worked with local city leaders to partner with over seventy-five local business on their advertising efforts during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

I was awarded as the "Employee Of The Year" for 2020 by company President Travis Brower. I balanced the responsibilities of coordinating communication with clients and managed the six employees' in-house creative and development team. I led each team meeting and assigned deadlines for various communication based projects. In addition, I was given the responsibility to manage ten different client marketing accounts, including several of the companies largest accounts, and asked to help strengthen each marketing campaign. During my employment, the five largest 360 Marketing & Advertising clients all saw an increase in sales of at least 20% compared to the previous year. I presented analytical reports of all marketing efforts to business owners. While working with the Executive Vice President, we developed a marketing campaign to increase 360 Marketing & Advertising brand awareness amongst local business owners.

I sold digital and print marketing services to Utah-based businesses and managed each client's campaign. Primary responsibilities included helping clients through the sales process and managing their accounts to ensure long-term success. During this time, I sold over $150,000 of marketing services. I communicated with clients often to discuss analytics and future marketing goals. Day to day, I regularly worked to improve sales strategies with the Executive Vice President. I worked with an in-house team of five to create specific marketing material needed for each campaign.
