Bradley Buzil is a Licensed Mortgage Broker at Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (“MMCC”) joining the West Los Angeles office in September of 2012.As a First Vice President of Capital Markets, He’s responsible for securing commercial debt and equity financing on an array of real estate product types including retail, industrial, multifamily, office, single-tenant net-lease, manufactured home communities, self-storage, and senior housing. Bradley has established relationships with national, regional, and local funding sources such as commercial banks, CMBS lenders, credit unions, agency lenders (I.e. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), life insurance companies, and hard money lenders. Bradley graduated from the Eller College of Management, at the University of Arizona, where he earned a B.A. Degree in Business Management. He is a member of the Mortgage Banker Association.
