First line of contact for learners with account and enrolment issues.Management of online databases and reports with learner details. Contact of learners with enquiries through either email or telephone. Liaising with contacts, both internal and external, to organise inductions, bookings and learner issues.

As a warehouse operative my duties include managing stock levels within a packing area and replenishing them when required. My main role is to pack and send out orders that have been placed with us by customers, through various means.

My roles includes making enquiries to new and existing businesses to discuss the scope for placing an apprentice into their business structure through the Apprenticeship Program. I also enquire if existing staff as such businesses would be interested in taking part in work place qualifications through ourselves as well.
