Promotion from day to day closing to training and testing of new Loan Origination System (LOS) Role includes the following tasks:- Ongoing testing new LOS, as our Private Bank (PB) specifications are implemented and brought to Production- Coordinated with vendor and internal teams to complete key updates to the LOS for PB. New additions to the role have been toward closing, in a high-volume, high-stress environment. This new role involves reviewing title work, tax documents, underwriting conditions, borrower financials, entity organization paperwork, and any other items that are deemed necessary from underwriting. Upon review, files will be worked to in priority order to make sure all contingency and closing dates are met and client expectations are managed appropriately. Previously, I worked to coordinate 3rd party vendor deadlines to keep loan files on track for tight closing schedules. With a higher than normal volume of files, proactive maintenance is essential. To keep on top of contingency and closing dates, I have worked to modify existing reports and in some cases create wholly new ones to allow the 3rd party vendor management team to function more efficiently.In addition to the daily tasks of 3rd party maintenance, I have also been heavily engaging in training our newest team members. By revamping or creating new training manuals, my work allows a much quicker, easier, and more consistent training process, as well as allowing the team to have a more uniform set of processes. Finally, management delegates ad hoc projects to be completed on best timeline available, based on priority level. Typical ad hoc projects are mid to high priority and need to be completed within anywhere from a day or two up do a few weeks.When there is a large pipeline, with lots of moving parts and rush due dates, my goal is always to provide the best customer support to not only our clients, but also my colleagues, by being highly organised and working in the most efficient manner to provide timely and concise information.
