Brad leads all the operations and is the person who delivers solutions while giving hands-on support that others need to deliver.Brad has championed innumerable and diverse initiatives including:~ Discovering minerals in BC - developing Jubilee Barite Mine from raw prospect to production.~ Directing projects in Mexico - Raw prospect into producing mine, Over 50 employees under his management for both mine development and exploration programs.Earlier in his career, Brad co-invented two technologies:~ Hydrotech Concentrator, used for the first dry tailings mineral jigging operation.~ Slim Line Pipe Weight, designed for the Mackenzie Valley pipeline.Brad’s reputation for innovation and creativity is also evident in such areas as:~ Prototyped de-watering invention at Jubilee Mountain, saving $500K. ~ Producing 85,000 tonnes barite annually.~ Staked the largest heavy mineral sands deposits concession in Mexican historyIn addition to his expertise, Brad holds a Mining Engineering Degree and a Petroleum Technology Diploma in Drilling Technology.
