-Responsible for on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of IBM and multi-vendor systems and components, including hardware, networking products, software, and operating systems.-Primary technical interface to clients for the coordination of hardware and/or software support.-Advise clients of preventive maintenance, configuration, operation, and environmental factors that may impact product performance or impair the client's IT operation—also performing service activities such as systems assurance, installation planning, account management, systems-level problem determination, discontinuance, and relocation of IBM and non-IBM systems and products.

- Led a team of ten employees to test and troubleshoot instruments, components and assemblies, using circuit testers, testing equipment and voltmeters in accordance with manufacturer specifications and manuals. - Maintained a $742M fleet of fourteen fixed wing aircraft including inspection, repair, cleaning, and overhaul to ensure operation while inputting, maintaining and updating maintenance logs to ensure documentation accuracy. - Upgraded and modified aircraft in accordance with time compliance manuals to satisfy Federal Aviation Agency (FAA) requirements.

- Completed challenging on-the-job training two months ahead of schedule. - Read, interpreted and navigated aviation technical manuals, schematics and wiring diagrams to install, repair and maintain twenty-two fixed wing aircraft.

- Interacted with customers as concessions’ cashier, ticket salesman, server and usher. - Supervised other employees and prepared food as line cook. - Operated technical equipment including movie files and projectors.

- Responsible for monitoring all inbound e-mail and takes appropriate action- Assist technicians to ensure that all TWC NOC tickets are kept within QA standards- Assist with ticket creations and escalations- Assist with alarm cleanup efforts to minimize Netcool alarm noises- Assist the NOC in maintaining and updating TWC NOC documentation including, contact and escalation lists, notification and mailing lists, scheduled reports and written procedures.- Various administrative tasks and duties as assigned
