Joined a well established automotive workshop equipment supply business that was rapidly emerging as a Australian market leader. Worked with the Directors to establish a stand-alone turnkey workshop fitout offering to the market which essentially wrapped up the design, project management, equipment supply, commissioning and aftersales support for full turnkey workshop fitouts for both greenfield sites and refitted workshops.This role involved working with many stakeholders including the owners, management teams, architects and consultants to develop the most appropriate solution for our clients.

Took over the ownership of the almost 40 year old family business and merged the three trading names into one along with a rebrand. The business model changed from mostly in-house production to having manufacturing supply agreements in place to cover all aspects of print, promo and tradeshow display products. During this time we focused on the implementation of a proper CRM and data management procedures which provided the platform to achieve some solid sustainable growth. The business was then acquired at the end of 2015 after which I was a on-call consultant for 12 months to ensure the smooth transition.
