CurrentCurrent CMO at Beekman 1802, a skin health company with the belief that There is Beauty in Kindness. Brad joined the team in early 2020 to help lead overall brand strategy, positioning and communication that evolved the company into a top clean beauty, skin barrier and microbiome friendly brand. Brad led the brand launch at Ulta Beauty resulting in the #1 clean beauty launch of 2020 and Ulta’s Skincare Brand of the Year in 2023. Brad was a key part of the strategy team that led to a private equity majority investment in December 2021. Beekman 1802 recently had a banner year in sales and growth while also winning 27 awards across product innovation - including another Allure Best of Beauty, marketing campaigns (best product launch - Potato Peel x Mrs Potato Head), and awards across all distribution channels. Brad's team and responsibilities include Brand Marketing, Social Media, Digital, Creative, New Product Development / Innovation, and PR in addition to managing retail Sales, Field Sales, and Education for the Ulta Beauty business.
