Mr. Franco, has worked in the Internet of Things, venture capital, legal, and start-up industries for over 25 years. Most recently, Mr. Franco founded 32 Technologies LLC which is a software development company that develops turnkey solutions, mobile applications and websites, as well as, provides related graphic design and maintenance services. Prior to that Mr. Franco co-founded Summit Communication Services LLC which marketed data communication services and provided distribution, sales & marketing and business development services to IoT hardware and solution developers. Mr. Franco also co-founded and is currently a managing member of Hoboken Partners, which invests in early stage companies. Mr. Franco served as Associate General Counsel at ORBCOMM Inc. (NASDAQ: ORBC), a global satellite data communications company focused on two-way IoT communications. Mr. Franco was involved in all aspects of ORBCOMM’s business including several rounds of bridge financing, the IPO, strategic and business development, the negotiation of international joint ventures and other commercial agreements, and general corporate, employment and international regulatory matters. Before joining ORBCOMM, Mr. Franco was as an attorney at the international law firm Chadbourne & Parke LLP.
