I am a Salesforce Certified Professional who has knowledge and hands-on experience with not only Salesforce, but other CRM platforms as well. I am actively engaged in multiple Salesforce communities and groups, to not only learn, but to help others leverage the platform for efficiency. I am passionate about Salesforce, and other industry-leading tools, that help stakeholders transform their business, optimize their processes, and automate the rest!I am also a member of a Salesforce Professional Development Program to fully understand and appreciate the Salesforce Ecosystem and network to build valuable relationships in the Salesforce space. My diverse background in Media & Communications, as well as working in the Tech Industry for over 10 years, allows me to visualize business in a multitude of ways, enhancing the overall experience for stakeholders, users, and customers.
