Executive Vice President
CurrentWhat I very much enjoy doing is matching quality sales people with opportunities that have been created by my clients. When I ask my client partners for feedback on what I do well they tell me that I am great at "execution". I often hear comments like, "Wow, I can't believe you were able to hire this many quality sales people in 4 weeks." I have been a leader in the contract sales (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) business for the last 27 years and have helped build over 110 sales teams largely in the Pharmaceutical, Dental, and Medical Device space. The teams range from dedicated stand alone teams that report to my managers, embedded teams that report into my clients managers, or even simple vacant territory (maternity/disability backfills). All the sales people we employ are W2 employees of Promoveo Health and we provide them a base salary and benefits (assuming full time) with the ability to make a bonus/commission based on performance. It is quite typical that a client may end up hiring one of our representatives directly after a period of time (typically 12-24 months) once their territory reaches a level that pays for the individual representative. The value of this to my clients is that they are able to evaluate a salesperson "while they do the job" and move them to their internal payroll when it makes complete sense.
