I currently work as a manager of the Quality Assurance and DevOps efforts at Children's Miracle Network. My team and I are currently working on building out a continuous integration pipeline for the 70+ web applications that we manage as well as our databases, reports, and ETL packages.as part of this process we are leading a department wide effort to define the processes and cultural changes required to make devops successful. we are focusing on shifting the quality control and automation of our applications as early in the process as possible. we build infrastructure to support our applications and data using Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, selenium, node.js, Redgate DLM, Pragmatic Works, Saucelabs, Azure, C#.I learn quickly and love to take on new challenges. I have had the opportunity to be help desk, quality assurance, .net developer, and manager of QA/DevOps at children's Miracle Network. At the same time have co-founded a startup named Sitters On Call (http://howtobabysit.net) and have built the mobile app and back end infrastructure to support it while my dynamic and energetic business partner Erin Wagner takes care of the management of the business. I have had a half dozen jobs and have loved all of them. I love a challenge and am excited to see what opportunities are available next.
