Previous programs included Human Landing Systems (HLS) logistics module, advanced Dream Chaser derivative technologies, and DoD DIU Orbital Outpost. - Founder of Research & Develop Everywhere, providing multiple consulting and mobile research & development services. Our first project is the Mobile Advertising Video System [MAD Vids], ad tech enterprise offering persistent flash impression video advertising on mobile. Videos are embedded in applications providing targeted advertising through micro/macro Geo-location and increased app user experiences. - Former enterprise development partner looking at Mobile novel encryption system and IOT security solutions through unique visual voice bio-metric security. - Retired with 20 years in the Special Operations community, Army Special Forces (Green Beret).- Previous Project manager for an Air Force research and development organization (AFTENCAP). Managed both full lifecycle and rapid prototyping efforts developing or tailoring the latest technologies to customer requirements across AF, IC, & SOCOM. - Past technical experience in the intelligence space communities providing national system communications support and collection assurance to customers around the globe.
