With more than a decade spent in learning and development, I’ve been fortunate to not only design impactful learning experiences but also to lead and inspire teams to do the same. My passion for the development of others and applying a holistic learning experience lens is woven throughout my work and everyday interactions. As the Assistant Director of Learning Strategy, I've contributed to the creation and delivery of field learning and development initiatives driven by the organization’s strategic priorities that included leadership development, DEI, and financial acumen. As an individual contributor and as a leader of teams, I fostered an environment of creativity, collaboration, and innovation, ensuring that my colleagues and team members were not only designing engaging and productive content but also thriving in their roles.
