Assistant Director - Learning Strategy
CurrentAssistant Director - Learning Strategy is a key role within the Field Learning and Development function responsible for overseeing and delivery of the learning and development strategy and initiatives. I work closely with the stakeholders from multiple business areas to identify training needs, design and deliver effective learning programs, and measure their impact on employee performance and organizational goals. I also lead a team of designers and collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the implementation of high-quality learning solutions.Key responsibilities include:• Lead a hybrid team of designers responsible for the design and delivery of trainingprojects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and employeedevelopment needs.• Developing and executing programs for key organization training initiatives inLeadership Development for various leadership levels, right-sized DEI training forfield offices, and Financial Acumen for business leaders.• Developing, testing, and refining a streamlined intake process for the learning anddevelopment leadership team to ensure the team can show up as consultants andlearning experts with business partners rather than only offering support and service.• Led the implementation of project management software for the broader learningand development team, driving change management efforts and communication ofthe software rollout.• Created and led the rollout of monthly leader listening sessions to boost employeeengagement across the division with open dialogue between senior leaders andteam members on a variety of topics submitted by the team members.
