I am a hard working, intelligent individual with a great ability to think on my feet. I am very good at finding creative ways to solve problems and I am always willing to do any task given to me. I am a highly skilled in vivo researcher with a Master's Degree in Biomedical Sciences and a desire to learn as much as I possibly can. I have valuable experience planning and running many in vivo studies as well as in optimizing and running several in vitro assays. I am passionate about learning and love picking up new skills and gaining knowledge in any field that I am involved in. My biggest goal is to be the best at my position wherever I work, whether it be as an Animal Care Specialist when I was in undergrad, or as a Scientist and Manager currently; I actively seek criticism to this end, if something isn't going as smoothly as anticipated I want to know so that I can work to fix the issue.
