Through experience of working with Copilot, as a Copilot Architect I can now focus my attention to one of Microsoft's biggest investments.My responsibilities are twofold:Externally, I support customers with a Copilot advisory conversation to spearhead their development and rollout of Copilot.Internally, supporting Softcat with their Copilot aspirations. I am currently building our second Agent using Copilot Studio to streamline business process and improve the employee user experience. I was also of the virtual team that rolled M365 Copilot out to 2000+ employees.

The Microsoft Solutions Team became part of the Office of the CTO (OCTO) with reworked responsibilities. My role requires:• Subject matter expertise on existing, new, and upcoming Microsoft Modern Work products such as Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365 & Teams, Windows 11 & Windows 365.• Developing strategies to improve Microsoft sales and adoption by developing existing offerings and introducing new products to our 1500-strong Sales team.• Create blogs, articles, presentations, and events to showcase what’s new in the world of Microsoft Modern Work and support our customers with their ambitions.

During my degree, I undertook a placement year and successfully achieved a position with Microsoft.I worked in One Commercial Partner (OCP), specifically focused on the SMB Partners/Customers across both Direct and Indirect channels. I helped SMB partners accelerate their businesses through multiple strategies, to better sell to their partners/customers.Despite the single job title, I had numerous roles and responsibilities. I was aligned to both Azure and Modern Workplace, with a heavier focus on the latter. I additionally worked on some internal projects within Microsoft. I led a new communication strategy for my immediate and extended team which has drastically changed how the team communicate with each other, increasing efficiency and security too. UoNTV is a student-led initiative in which The University of Northampton students work to establish and maintain connections within a vast community to gain experience and enhance individual potential in an ever-changing industry. Whilst studying for my BA in Management with Media Production and Moving Image, I worked at UoNTV as a crew member, taking on multiple roles within a Television Studio that include Runner, Producing and Vision Mixing.

As the Media Studies Subject Captain during my final year, rather than following the usual methods that a Subject Captain would, I chose to be more ambitious with what the media department could do and enhanced the department as a whole through a number of tasks:- Compile reports on the current state of the Media Department- Compile reports on how the Media Department could improve- Work on a sustainable plan that would be future-proof for future students- Apply real world ideas in the classroom that would solve students' problems- Attend meetings with Heads of Departments and the Headteacher- Give feedback on new ideas to the curriculum- Create an after-school film club

The Royal Latin School

In collaboration with European Astrotech, Project Scorpion was the conduction of experiments on the stratosphere around 33KM above sea level. The experiments included recording the behaviour of copper and iron based blood samples, the effects of cosmic radiation and deciding if layer type parachutes are a more efficient approach to tackling problems such as non-vertical descents. The experiment was successful and the data was assessed by European Astrotech.My Role was managing a team of 12 pupils made up of Computing and Physics students to meet deadlines and find solutions to the problems faced in Space.
