I’m an ambitious, hardworking, recent First Class Honours Graduate with a ten year history working in UK construction, who strives to achieve the best results in all of my actions. I enjoy being organised and apply a methodical approach to all of my work, I have a great deal of experience working within teams, both in the workplace and at an educational level, which has led me to develop strong communication skills both at a verbal and written level. In September 2016 I was awarded a First Class BSc Honours Degree in Business & Entrepreneurship from Canterbury Christ Church University, where I studied a vast array of modules including Project Management, Business Planning, People Management and Management & Leadership. My studies consistently saw me achieving average results of 72.25% in all modules, with particularly high achievements in an innovation individual study as well as a Business plan.I am also Level 3 NVQ certified in Site Carpentry/ Construction with six years of onsite experience working with a team of Carpenters for various residential, and some commercial, developers in Kent. My experience includes 1st and 2nd fix, traditional build construction, timber framed buildings and RSJ installation to name a few. I have a strong eye for detail with my work and often discover potential dilemmas from drawings or forward thinking which enables me to resolve them before they become a major issue. I obtain a vast amount of site experience working on an array of different sized projects from small one of builds to £25m (265 unit) developments.
