I have formed five separate companies that have been named nine times in INC Magazine's list of fastest-growing companies in the U.S. I possess an extensive background in law and business with over 35 years of experience representing closely-held businesses in succession planning and am a former president of Houston Harbaugh P.C., one of the top 20 largest law firms in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I was named by Worth Magazine as one of the top 100 attorneys in the United States.A certified public accountant (inactive status) formerly with EY and Company and a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. I also hold a law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where I was a law review graduate.In addition to my business ventures, I am a sought-after speaker and have been featured on Bloomberg television, Sirius Radio, Young Presidents Organization, radio and television programs and multiple national podcasts. I have also been written about and published in Forbes, Fox News, U.S. News & World Report, and the United States Supreme Court.I am passionate about community involvement and have served on the boards of several prominent organizations, such as the University of Pittsburgh, UPMC Passavant Hospital, La Roche University and YPOI (Pittsburgh Chapter).
