Today, we live in a mobile-first, cloud-first world, and the transformation we are driving across our businesses is designed to enable Microsoft and our customers to thrive in this world. I believe listening to your client and understanding their specific industry needs is the most important step in the business process. I have always possessed a passion for new ideas and an entrepreneurial spirit. From my small middle school business creations of my youth to my current role as General Manager for Microsoft’s Solutions Organization, my core business philosophy hasn’t changed: the customer always comes first.My leadership style embodies this, aiming to make my team relevant to the customer by focusing on their needs through better engagement and strategic thinking, ultimately building their technological bridge together as business partners. In my current role as General Manager for Microsoft’s Solutions Organization, more of a relationship executive. My job is to understand a company’s business and then bring in technical talent to add to their bottom line. Of course, it takes a great team to achieve this. I believe finding the right talent -who can break free from the legacy mindset - is important to sell digital transformation. My mission is to build a talented team and - through continuous coaching- help describe Microsoft’s role in a company’s digital transformation, celebrating Microsoft’s full scale advantages around hybrid, on-prem and cloud.
