PROJECT: Live Online Lending Application (LOLA)- Business Analyst/Scrum Master in a multi-team agile program - Delivery of an integrated business banking origination platform to enable Westpac and St George Group Bankers to achieve a faster TTY (Time To Yes) and improved FTR (First Time Right) Responsible for:• Collaboration with IT partners (onshore and offshore), UX/CX designers and key stakeholders such as credit risk, operations, legal and compliance to analyse and develop user stories in time for sprint development• Contributing towards the continual improvement of BA and Agile processes and practices• Driving the achievement of Westpac’s strategy by working with stakeholders as directed to elicit, analyse, communicate, validate and manage requirements for changes to systems, business processes, policies, information and data• Managing requirements through the delivery lifecycle to meet business needs• Providing recommendations for process redesign and improvements and business solutions, enabling changes to processes, policy and/or information

PROJECT: LOLALOLA is a platform that empowers Westpac bankers to have smart lending conversations with small-sized businesses, and to execute lending deals very easily.Engaged on a multi-million dollar project as a SME/Product Owner for enabling the future of Westpac most talked about business banker application.My responsibilities include:• Taking feedback from key stakeholders in determining what is required in the product• Organising and co-ordinating Project working groups• Building reference documents• Understand / Shape the product vision and strategy• Have overall ownership of the Product Backlog• Have authority to add and remove items and reprioritise that are not yet committed to a sprint• Be the SME for our BA's• Facilitate workshops and brown paper bag sessions for BA and Devs
