He is an expert in subscription businesses and omnichannel customer experience and loyalty, and he brings to Sollis over 20 years of experience across technology, wellness, and hospitality.Before joining Sollis, Brad served as Chief Business Officer at Peloton, where he helped scale membership by 100x while maintaining industry-leading retention rates and Net Promoter Scores. Prior to that, he held roles in strategy, marketing and operations at Bain & Company and Starwood Hotels & Resorts.Brad serves as a Board Member of Heyday Skincare and a Trustee for the Greater NYC Region of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
