SolasAI specializes in using AI to detect and remove bias & discrimination from models making decisions about people.Larry provides more than three decades of technology, product development, and business leadership as the new Chief Executive Officer at SolasAI. Previously, as SolasAI’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), Larry created the product development team and structure, created the funding strategy, go-to-market, and operating model for SolasAI.In his previous role before SolasAI, he built and led the Big Data Analytics and Application Modernization lines of business for the Cloud accelerator startup and growth company, REAN Cloud. One of the major offerings Larry managed was outsourced digital product development, where he and his team would help design, develop, and operate SaaS offerings for legacy companies. After REAN Cloud was purchased by Hitachi Vantara, Larry continued to help identify digital market opportunities, and create and lead several lines of business within Hitachi Vantara and its Digital Insights business. In previous positions Larry served as the head of application modernization at Sentrana, a cloud data science company, and helped them transform from a technology enabled services company to a full SaaS software business. He also served as a consultant at Gartner providing technology strategy and architecture services for healthcare, financial services, government, and higher education clients. Larry has worked in small to medium size businesses or organizations leading, managing, and executing the conception, development, sales, marketing, implementation, and servicing of cloud-based IT and data science / Big Data infrastructure, products and services.Today's extreme fluidity in business combined with perpetual advancement in technology demand proactivity from its leaders.
