In practice since 1996, Brad continues to zealously advocate for his clients in litigating real estate matters, contracts, construction, banking, and other commercial cases, including appeals. Brad represents local, national, and international parties such as lenders, owners, developers, contractors, agents, title insurers and their insureds.Brad was elected to serve as an executive officer of the Real Property Section of the Utah State Bar, which he did for four years, including ultimately as Chairman. Brad also has been voted nine times by other attorneys throughout Utah as one of Utah’s “Legal Elite” in the field of Real Estate in Utah Business Magazine. He also has been voted as one of the Mountain States Super Lawyers® in each of the last nine years.
