I am a creative coach and consultant and the founder of Carolina Commons Creative, a home for radically creative personal and professional insights and presence-led leadership development.I began my professional journey in the theatre, where I spent over thirty years as a creator and performer, mastering physical theatre techniques, including mask work, European theatre, and personal clown. This deep immersion in storytelling, character development, and emotional intelligence honed my ability to connect with audiences and navigate the complexities of human experience.Over time, I realized that the skills I had developed on stage—presence, adaptability, and the ability to engage with others on a profound level—were not just relevant to theater but were vital to leadership and personal growth. This insight led me to transition into executive coaching and leadership development. I pursued advanced training in presence-based coaching and earned a Master’s degree, deepening my understanding of human development's psychological and cognitive aspects.Today, as an executive coach and adjunct professor at Pacifica Graduate Institute, I integrate my background in depth psychology and creativity with cutting-edge leadership practices.
