Provided Level III support to the production site and new development sites for the sole Global production system worldwide.1997 Led implementation of an automated procurement process for DANKA OI to not stock slow moving inventories. This process integrated field order entry directly with the creation of shipping orders and financial checkpoints.1996 Led implementation of German Designed worldwide pricing system within GPS. Worked on core team to allow Kodak’s service systems to support DANKA OI; the purchaser of Kodak OI sales and service.
