Responsible for ensuring that all tax, financial, and legal information is maintained properly, accurately, and timely within the Incentify Production Incentives System. Support the Vice Presidents who oversee the Global Tax Incentives Practice by working closely with CBS Studios, Showtime, Paramount, and Viacom Media Network Studios to help secure and monetize domestic and international tax incentives and provide periodic updates and tailored reports. Provide support to the Director of Tax Incentives by maintaining residency documents, vendor invoices, and general ledger entries of Canadian productions. Serve as the liaison by arranging periodic visits from film commissioners and government finance officials for the purpose of state program incentives discussions. Manage data requests related to tax incentives that come to the Company from external service providers. Support management in developing Multimedia/PowerPoint presentations and Excel schedules as needed. Conducted research projects, handled information requests, and maintained the data integrity of the Incentify Software Database. • Directly responsible for managing creative, communications, and community engagement activities, designing and maintaining all branding of Paramount Veterans Network, corporate website design, daily news blog posts (and cross-linking them across all social media channels); overseeing website, SEO, marketing, and email campaigns; overseeing veterans initiatives within the community, and handling a wide variety of special project planning events, hiring activities/ job fairs, team leadership training.o Interview, hire, supervise and mentor interns to achieve their peak performance. o Serves as Team Leader, setting up Zoom meetings with C-Suite executives within Paramount Corporate, strategizing the outward face of Corporate Veteran initiatives, including Coffee with Vets, Suit Drives/donations, and most recently, Hyatt Hotels' corporate offices nationwide hygiene product distribution for the homeless Veteran community. o Oversee partnership with GI GO Fund's Navy SEAL SWIM event. Personally tasked with rebranding the GI GO Fund and SEAL SWIM logo. The 3rd annual NAVY SEAL SWIM event amounted to an estimated $100,000 in donations and services rendered (Ad spots, news coverage, print materials, etc.) from Veterans Network. The Red, White, and Blue fundraiser initiative more than doubled its donations compared to the prior year. $2,500 vs $1,000.

Responsible for designing and animating news graphics, maintaining brand guidelines and station look, new software implementation (Media Asset Manager), and working with account executives and clients for sales marketing commercial spots.Tasked with concepts, drafts, and final animation commercials, readying them for broadcast television. Responsible for redesigning the CBS Veterans Network, including logo design and branding, product design, digital newsletters, blog posts, marketing, and daily maintenance of the CBS Veterans Network website. Also, I set up and hosted outward-facing veteran events such as Coffee with Vets, studio tours, employment opportunities, and community fundraising drives.

Handled versioning out player and game statistics of screens throughout Dodger Stadium. Also managed the organization of footage and handling still photography during the preseason.

Designed and animated open and end credits, and added special effects to animated films such as Iron Man, Doctor Strange, and The Avengers—quality control of animations sent from outside vendors.

Graphics for MadTv and Blue Collar Television. Also was in charge of overseeing equipment and making sure graphics aired properly on location shoots. Logging time codes, running server backups and keeping drives clean.
