This schedule was approximately 21,000 activities that incorporated 24 contractors. I measured progress of all parties involved to cross reference progress billings from the respective contractors. Used cost to completion reports to forecast expenditures and labor costs. Used X-bar and R-bar charts to measure the projects variability and perform root cause analysis to identify problem area and implemented the standard kaizan problem solving processes (DMAIC - Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control)

These contract budgets were worth approximately 7,000,000 each. The Amos project was completed in 8 weeks (the shortest duration ever achieved for this particular project) there were 147 reheats and 146 superheats this was achieved by designing a rigging process that facilitated removal and installation at the same time.
