Directed the purchasing and stocking of inventory for six small convenience stores located on Houghton College's campus. This included the selection of inventory line, the coordination of shipments, communication with vendors, and market research. I orchestrated a controlled depletion of inventory at the end of the semester to avoid overstocking and thereby reducing expired items at the beginning of the next school year.
