I am the creator of the vision and strategy of our maintenance organization. From the original written business plan and financials, I have created a best-in-class maintenance organization. We continue to expand our team and grow our revenues in excess of 20% annually. As I have been given the opportunity to run Global Aviation as if I own it, I encourage others on our team to own their positions and to manage their shop as if it were their own business. My vision, execution, hard work, dedication and leadership (with an outstanding team) have led to the success of Global Aviation. We are not looking to be the biggest – we want to be the best. My strong background, industry experience, and network of contacts have been very valuable in the development and growth of our organization.My passion is two-fold. First, I want to hire the best maintenance folks we can afford and provide a strong vision, tools, systems, and processes that allow them to build their skill base, feel good about what they do, and exceed our customers’ expectations. Secondly, I want Global Aviation to be the employer-of-choice because we care for each member of our team and provide wages, benefits, recognition and leadership which create the best workplace. All of my work and energy has been focused on these two areas. At the foundation of it all is being honest, fair and acting and working with the highest integrity.
