Current- Plan and Organize Events: Coordinate social events, mixers, and parties, ensuring they align with the chapter's values and goals. This includes securing venues, creating event themes, and managing logistics.- Manage Budgets: Work with the treasurer to allocate funds for social activities, keeping expenses within the approved budget while maximizing event quality.- Coordinate with Other Organizations: Collaborate with sororities, other fraternities, and campus groups to organize joint events and strengthen relationships.- Promote Attendance: Advertise events to members and guests through social media, flyers, and word of mouth, ensuring strong participation and enthusiasm.- Ensure Compliance and Safety: Adhere to university, fraternity, and legal policies, including risk management protocols, to maintain a safe and inclusive environment at all events.
