Achievements: Increased raw material vendor claims from $322,000 to $441,000 (37% increase) while also increasing percent reclaimed from 47% in 2014 to 97% in 2015. As part of the Quality Team, completed all necessary actions to achieve Safe Quality Foods Recertification in 2015. Reverse-engineered a Microsoft Access database and designed a new database implemented as part of a multi-faceted project to decrease cutting department downtime. Achievements:Reduced energy usage on multiple customer production lines resulting in $20,000 in annual savings. Improved product throughput by redesigning part layout increasing efficiency. Established $125,000 in annual sales in first year in an active sales role.
