Kirouac's Creative Services and in collaboration with iHeartMedia, I had the pleasure of co-hosting a National Parks and RV Lifestyle podcast for their network of shows. In just six months, we reached an impressive milestone of over 1 million downloads! Our podcast also played a significant role in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the travel industry. Working on this project was an incredible experience, and I'm grateful to have been a part of it!

I am thrilled to share about my close relationship with Burton's Maplewood Farm and its owners. During my time there, I was fortunate enough to have my own workspace, lovingly referred to as "The Kirouac's Suite," right off their kitchen. Working side by side with the owner was an absolute pleasure and led to some of the most challenging yet rewarding days of my career. Together, we were able to strike deals with major players like Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and Knott's Berry Farms, allowing a small family farm to launch nationwide. The experience was truly an honor, and I am grateful for the trials and tribulations that led to its success.

As a former manager of the Block Thirty Seven location off the Chicago CTA, I had the pleasure of leading a team for some of the city's biggest events, including Taste of Chicago, Lollapalooza, Riot Fest, and Pitchfork Music Festival. I also trained staff on POS and generated reports as well as presentations to keep everyone informed and up-to-date.

As a former team leader in the Marine Corps, I honed my leadership skills by managing a team of 10-15 Marines. I implemented and streamlined processes to ensure efficient day-to-day operations, creating work schedules that ensured coverage at all times. Additionally, I was responsible for the orientation and training of new team members, and conducted daily training to individuals under my command as well as those of other departments. I also attended advanced training regularly to improve my skill set and maintain certifications.My role as a first-line mediator allowed me to resolve team member issues, and I handled discipline and corrective action with subordinates as well. To ensure that management could interpret daily reports in a clear and concise manner, I organized them accordingly. My experience in the Marine Corps has prepared me for any challenge, and I am confident that I can bring my leadership skills to any team in need.
