My main duty was answering support tickets from staff, which would involve anything from printer troubleshooting to network connectivity. I also spent a great deal of time as a computer technician, upgrading internal components, reinstalling operating systems, and general maintenance.

I was on a team that maintained amphitheaters for live events, as well as video conferencing meeting spaces. I evaluated rooms to determine their upgradability, made purchasing suggestions, and installed hardware. I also mixed multi-camera live broadcasts for medical education called "Grand Rounds," where doctors would give talks to attendees both in.

I created YouTube media that consisted of commercials and tutorials for their products. I also performed live online demonstrations and training for their display line.
