My main duty was answering support tickets from staff, which would involve anything from printer troubleshooting to network connectivity. I also spent a great deal of time as a computer technician, upgrading internal components, reinstalling operating systems, and general maintenance.

I was on a team that maintained amphitheaters for live events, as well as video conferencing meeting spaces. I evaluated rooms to determine their upgradability, made purchasing suggestions, and installed hardware. I also mixed multi-camera live broadcasts for medical education called "Grand Rounds," where doctors would give talks to attendees both in person and virtually from around the world.

I provided tech support for Windows, Mac, and iPad-related issues, set up printers for Wi-Fi printing and scanning directly to email, and managed Wi-Fi and wired networks.Each day I installed new computers, internal PC components, POS devices, and peripherals. I educated staff about best security practices, managed our Untangle Linux router, and ran Ethernet drops as requested. I proudly maintained a sightly work area within our server room, including proper cable management. I provided remote-management support for work-at-home employees and managers!It was critical that I effectively communicated with corporate IT to escalate issues that only certain personnel are allowed to tackle. I even helped deploy new PBX system throughout school offices and stations!

I created YouTube media that consisted of commercials and tutorials for their products. I also performed live online demonstrations and training for their display line.
