Responsible for all IT systems in a 10M dollar company. I am the sole IT employee. Responsible for all infrastructure - including servers, desktops, phone systems, label and paper printers, UV printers, laser cutters, laser exposure integrations, surveillance systems, and manufacturing equipment integrations.• Planned and implemented migrations from legacy AD to Azure AD, including Intune and Modern Auth.• Implemented patching and security workflows with Intune and Defender for Endpoint.• Implemented multiple M365 cloud services, including moving data to SharePoint and paper processes to Flows.• Represented Impress Designs on a collaboration effort with a fortune 500 company and the most valuable sports team in the world. Developed a custom ERP to integrate, handle, and track orders across client’s systems and our company’s 2 ERPs.• Developed APIs to automate real time order processing and real time status updating which eliminated misinformation and reduced entry and processing errors from near 2% to 0% on an average of 3000 orders per month.• Developed scannable orders, packing slips, shipment labels to track real time station to station progress.• Developed production tracking software which employees use that integrates with our company’s manufacturing ERP to allow real time view of each employee’s daily tasks for record tracking and accumulative analysis.

I was responsible for maintaining the screen making department. I would take files that were processed through a RIP software, and print those on a Direct to Screen (DTS) machine. I operated the automatic screen coater, M&R I-Image II DTS machine, and Eco Rinse to maintain accurate and schedule driven screen production for automatic textile presses.
