So many people are grieving losses of all types; livelihood, relationships, health, and death of a loved one. How do you navigate this difficult path and find hope again, more specifically, how do you do that for employees within your organization? On May 11, 2016, I received a call at my office informing me that my 4-year-old granddaughter, Alanna died in a tragic accident at her school. Her death impacted not only my family and my work but also her school family and community, beyond the scope of a few days of assigned counseling and meetings for her classmates and their families. More was needed, and I decided to take on the task, the good-hard work of serving those on this hardest of journeys. My grief journey started at my workplace. Outside of a few dear friends I had relationships with, there was a void in support and resources either provided or that I was aware of. I worked on my grief at home, but returning to the office each day, along with the 'micro-traumas' of ringing phones, the parking garage, and the deafening silence from co-workers who just didn't know what to say, hampered my healing. I'm still on the healing journey (and no longer in the workplace), and I know there is a need for others who still find themselves in environments that are not compassionate or safe for their grief- that's why I provide a set of customizable tools and services to help the employee, leadership and businesses as a whole to create those spaces.📘 WHAT I DO:. The Grieve CoachVinson Creative Solutions, Llc 2016 - PresentLantana, Texas, UsMay 2016 my life was split into two pieces—before my granddaughter, Alanna died and after she died. I was in seminary studying mens’ and couples’ ministry to expand how I could serve those special communities then all that changed. While searching for resources to help my family and myself travel this hardest of grief journeys, I realized there weren’t many, especially for men. As I leaned into the process of my healing, I started serving others dealing with loss using my own experience and through my G.R.I.E.V.E. process.I serve grievers and those who choose to walk alongside them with tools to empower, encourage and move towards hope and healing through one-on-one coaching, workshops, and training on the following topics and more:💜 Men's grief💜 Grieving as a couple💜 Caring for grieving students in our schools💜 Grandparents' grief💜 Caring for grieving employees -
Keynote SpeakerVinson Creative Solutions, Llc 1995 - PresentLantana, Texas, UsNo matter what, I see myself as an encourager, someone that can help enhance other's lives. I do this through keynote speaking. “Real,” “vulnerable,” and “authentic,” are words I hear about my keynote presentations. That is special to me because I do my best to let the audience see me. In that way, you see yourself. Then I give you actionable steps to get to where you want to go.I never want to give speeches, talks, or sessions that just “rub your back” and help you feel good. I give audiences something that's going to help them move forward, be more productive, and see life in a different way to help them get through tough times or move forward into something new in their lives. So that's what I pride myself on bringing IT as a keynote speaker. I also take pleasure in being the easiest keynote speaker you've ever worked with.Quotes from Attendees:💜 “This is AWESOME! Thank you for sharing your heart for healing with us.” –Michelle💜 “Thank you, Bradley! Such valuable and practical information.” –Edie💜 “This is great. Thank you so much. You have a gift and will help so many. Thanks for sharing.” –Lisa -
Executive CoachVinson Creative Solutions, Llc 1998 - PresentLantana, Texas, UsWorking in corporate America, I always found myself in a caring role for fellow employees, whether they were dealing with a loss, going through other tough experiences, or just wanted to talk about their hopes and dreams and needed someone to bounce ideas off of.I would have “additional duties,” you know, like helping employees by teaching Lunch ‘n Learn topics. I would do different things like that or just talk about life issues and things that are going on with them. I found myself being kind of an ad hoc Chaplain for fellow employees because I just wanted to care for them in that way. And I really appreciated them allowing me to serve them that way. I even remember the day the company was making massive cuts, eliminating over 30 percent of the staff. As each department made its cuts, my now former co-workers would come by my office to be consoled, say their “goodbyes” and ask for a good word to help them start their new, unknown journey. Some who came to me were feeling down by what was happening, but also relieved their job was not cut, and struggling with sorting through those feelings. Keep in mind, I was not HR or a counselor, rather I was a friendly ear and someone with a heart to serve. Now I work with companies that desire to offer their employees “added benefits” including personal development, training on how to care for grieving employees, creating a safe place for healing after a tragedy, and caring for employees in a different way.I give tools on how to function in a more productive way—by going beyond typical executive coaching—with solutions that are specific to your set of professional or personal challenges. Yes, the productivity of the office matters a lot, but caring for employees can enhance and strengthen the culture of a business like nothing else. That’s why my executive coaching is different. I work with executives, leadership teams, and staff to care for themselves and each other in a better way. -
TrainerVinson Creative Solutions, Llc 2000 - PresentLantana, Texas, UsI don't know if I can say this enough, but I love teaching and serving. Working in a group format, being able to trade ideas, be real with each other, and move forward to accomplish something brings me great joy. It is also vitally important to me to educate other professionals; like clergy, counselors, doctors, funeral directors, teachers, and ministry leaders on how to advocate for and serve the grieving community they find themselves in service of, or content creators, graphic designers, entrepreneurs, and live streamers on how to enhance their content with graphics and animations and build brand awareness.Working with others on the grief journey—and those that have chosen to walk with them, or professionals trying to expand their brands—energizes me for my own personal and professional journey. It is important to me to share my knowledge and experiences to help others, through facilitating group conversations, giving insights and tools to help them meet their goals across several areas of their personal or professional lives.Quotes from training participants:💜 “You are doing fantastic work. Schools do not know how to adequately care for grieving children.” –Danny💜 “Thank you for helping me to not be uncomfortable with others’ tears!” –Sanders💜 “God grieves with us. Thank you! I needed that reminder.” –Dee -
Brand AmbassadorVinson Creative Solutions, Llc 2020 - PresentLantana, Texas, UsI started serving the content creation community in the midst of COVID after I noticed their need for new and innovative ways of delivering content to serve their audiences. I brought years of graphics and media experience to bear answering questions about graphics, live streaming tech, and software, including studio setup, lighting, sound, proper camera equipment, and more. As the need grew, “Bradley Teaches” was birthed, and my services expanded to include video tutorials, workshops, reviewing digital products, and coaching. I focus on empowering content creators and bringing them the software and products they need to expand their capabilities.Because of the way I serve and educate this unique community, opportunities exist for brands seeking to promote their products to a targeted audience or to educate and expand their existing user base creating a more loyal and involved community. I make that happen.I’m someone that your audience can trust to help them get over hurdles they may experience using your product, with specialized tutorials, demos, and live Q & A sessions. Bringing my own “easy to understand” style of teaching and audience engagement, I help build educated communities for software and hardware brands. As a Brand Ambassador I:✏️ am the face and voice of the “education/help desk” arm of your business.✏️ interact with your target audience, building value and loyalty.✏️ help to create a more educated and loyal community.✏️ have expertise in graphics software, live streaming software, video tech, and hardware.A few companies I’ve worked with:✏️ Ecamm✏️ Tharasio✏️ Vont✏️ Streamyard✏️ Restream Studio✏️ BeLive.TV✏️ Easil -
