He currently serves as CEO at Care.com, where he is focused on growing and enhancing the global platform to better serve families and caregivers.Brad has a long history of driving innovation, building brands, and accelerating subscriber growth. As the U.S. General Manager at HBO Max and Head of Global Growth Capabilities, he launched the streaming service in 61 countries, growing global subscriptions from 54M to 78M in a highly competitive market. At Disney, he played a critical role in launching Disney+ and grew it to 30M subscribers globally. Brad has consistently built operational excellence around the customer journey. At LendingTree, he repositioned the brand and delivered record numbers across customer acquisition, revenue, and EBITDA. He also played a key role in Travelocity’s turnaround that helped steer Sabre, Travelocity’s parent company, to a successful IPO and the sale of Travelocity to Expedia, Inc.Additionally, Brad has served as a private and public company board member.
