Bradley founded Winstanley Associates in 2012 as a boutique search business, to partner founders and investors as they look to up-skill their leadership teams. Previously Director/Client Partner for a boutique executive search firm, where I managed C-level relationships with global Telecommunications and Technology clients. I was also in the leadership group of a global recruitment organisation holding responsibility for the Technology Media and Telecommunications Search and Selection division.Having worked with a wide variety of national and international clients to help them build their executive leadership teams through to hiring multiple technical resource. In addition, I am a an avid runner, completing the 2010 Virgin London Marathon in sub 4 hours and proving having 3 children makes marathon training tough, with my latest London Marathon completed in 4 hours 48minutes.
